The Buzz Company provides Customer Relations Research and Word-of-Mouth marketing consulting to businesses of all sizes. As a consulting firm, they are often referring other vendors to their clients for a variety of services. Because their clients trust them, The Buzz Company is very careful of who they refer because it is a direct reflection on their business.  

The Problem:  In the past, The Buzz Company has been peripherally involved with a number of website projects. They would recommend the client make changes to their current site or create a new site in order to better communicate/interact with their customers.
